Shipping Assurance
WHAT IS SHIPPING ASSURANCE?
Girls Are Evil offers you the option to protect your purchase through our Shipping Assurance program for only .98* at checkout. If your order is lost or damaged in the mail then Girls Are Evil will replace it if you have opted in. You opt in by purchasing the optional shipping protection that was offered to you when you added your item to our shopping cart.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Once your order has left our facility, Girls Are Evil is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Therefore since risk of loss and title to the products in your order pass to you once we deliver to the post office, we recommend you let us cover this risk for an additional .98* at checkout.
If you elected to be responsible for the risk of loss for your order, and you believe that your package is lost, then you would need to file a claim with USPS.
WHO DO I CONTACT IN THE EVENT OF A LOST PACKAGE?
We handle all claims in-house. *We do not share this fee with any 3rd party and we are solely responsible for the risk of loss during transit.
HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM REQUEST?
We have an easy to fill out claim request form. Simply contact us at customerservice@girlsareevil.com with the subject line "claim request" along with your order number and we will reach out to you with the necessary paperwork within a couple of days.
Before you file a claim please make sure to check that:
- It has been 10 days since your item was marked shipped
- -or- it has been 3 days since your package was marked delivered
- You've checked that your shipping address is correct
- You've checked with neighbors and looked in any community parcel locker
Claims submitted after 14 days will not be honored
*Items received through our Shipping Assurance program are not eligible for a refund, only store credit.
