Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from GIRLSAREEVIL.COM. Please note that your use of GIRLSAREEVIL.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Once an order is placed there is no promise that we will be able to update your order. Orders are processed once they are placed. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we may not be able to refund that order depending on the type of merchandise purchased. You will need to submit a claim with us no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
Purchased items our typically shipped within 2-5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 10 days from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 10 days of your order shipping notification (USA), please notify info@girlsareevil.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (USA)
We now offer $6 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $75 *some exclusions may apply* All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority & First Class, or FedEx, or UPS depending on the product/time. Standard delivery time is 7 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
International Shipping
We now offer a $10 flat rate international shipping. Flat rate $10 standard shipping applies to most countries. You are responsible for any duties or taxes on your end. Your order will ship from us in approximately 2-3 days with confirmation however International shipping times can vary.
GIRLS ARE EVIL, LLC, GIRLSAREEVIL.COM / GIRLSREVIL.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Where is my order?
You can easily track your order by using the "Track Order" link at the bottom of our website. Simply input the tracking number that you received when we sent you an order shipped email. If you don't have this information please email us with your order number: info@girlsareevil.com and we will do our best to assist.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
We highly recommend purchasing the Shipping Assurance (package protection) at checkout. It's offered to you when adding items to your cart. It's cheap and easy to file if your item is lost or stolen. Learn more about SHIPPING ASSURANCE
If you do not opt for Shipping Assurance you will need to file a lost item claim with USPS.
What if my order is damaged?

If you do not opt for Shipping Assurance you will need to file a damage claim with USPS.
If you believe that the product was damaged in manufacturing or you were sent the wrong item please contact us at info@girlsareevil.com within 3 weeks and we can assist with a replacement. The replacement would be a reshipment of the originally ordered item if available, if the original item is no longer available a store credit will be issued.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the GIRLSAREEVIL.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
